Always able to reach a person when calling main number. Love that. This time they had to had a support team member call me back - took less than 10 minutes. Got help from James to solve what turned out to be a slightly technical issue in keeping 3 systems (Shopify - Shipping Easy - Endicia) talking to each other in such a way that resolves issue and keeps me from getting a tech headache (cause tech is not what I do) and in a way that is automated and easy. He kept the language simple, identified the best way to solve the problem and stayed on the line to walk me through until we had a solution in hand. Bravo!
