OddNot review for ShippingEasy

I spent a week making sure this app was set up correctly with multiple customer service reps, but the app never worked correctly. They charged my international customers TWICE for shipping rates, causing their shipping prices to double. I waited over a week for support to look into the issue as a I lost sales, but still could not find a solution. To make matters worse, after a week, domestic customers started to report that they were not able to place orders to the US. Reached out to support and they could not pin point the issue. Talked to Shopify support they explained these errors were not on their end, but due to EasyShip. We were able to find the issue, but EasyShip could not find a solution to the problem they were creating. I spent two weeks losing orders, so I uninstalled it and went back to Shopify shipping. No reason to pay money for an app that doesn't work and with inadequate customer service. Just use Shopify default shipping settings. This app is a joke. They do nothing to make shipping easier, it only makes it harder and more expensive.
