Always able to reach a person when calling main number. Love that. This time they had to had a support team member call me back - took less than 10 minutes. Got help from James to solve what turned out to be a slightly technical issue in keeping 3 systems (Shopify - Shipping Easy - Endicia) talking to each other in such a way that resolves issue and keeps me from getting a tech headache (cause tech is not what I do) and in a way that is automated and easy. He kept the language simple, identified the best way to solve the problem and stayed on the line to walk me through until we had a solution in hand. Bravo!

Such a great app. We've been using it for 4 years and haven't had a bad experience with it yet. Takes the headache out of order processing. A particular example is when we run our annual Cyber Monday Sale we get 100 orders within a day span. Instead of it taking hours to just print packing slips & shipping labels it cuts the time down to about 15 to 20 minutes...We most definately save the money spend in monthly costs to shipping easy in labor. BIG TIME. Fantastic App!

The best app for shipping I've used, and the only one I've ever needed. Excellent customer support, low cost and integrates every online store we have (AMAZON, EBAY, ETSY except HOUZZ). Super simple interface makes shipping very efficient - a must for any serious ecommerce store.

The interface is straightforward and allows us to ship our items quickly and in a more organized manner. Have used Shipping Easy now for almost 3 years, and it keeps getting better! I think it's a pretty intuitive app, love that it auto-fulfills my shipped packages, shows me when my packages have been delivered, shows me orders that have the same mailing address to combine orders, and really saves us time! A must-have app for shipping!

I've been using Shipping Easy for 5 years now and it is awesome. I have 2 Shopify stores, and sell on Ebay, Amazon, and Etsy and it is great to be able to do all my labels in batches from one place. I use it for both USPS and FedEx shipments and it works great. Thanks for a great app.

I have been using Shipping Easy for almost 2 years now. Before this I used Click and Ship and had to hand poke all address information by hand. This was fine when we were doing 10-20 packages per week but when you have weeks like we recently did where we sent out 240 packages from our home based business, there is no way I could do this. Not only that feature but the wonderful Shipping Easy App syncs directly into my Shopify Orders Page and automatically fulfills orders without having to go back and mark them as fulfilled. We ship many products that are the same size and we are able to create "Saved Selections" for carrier packages such as Rate "A" boxes or Small Flat Rate. This saves me a ton of time when I "Group as a Batch". The handshake with Endicia to pay for postal fees are seamless and have never had a problem purchasing additional postage on the fly. I could go on and on however, simply put, we could not be a successful business without this App. Totally recommend this.
