I love this shipping app. Their toll free number is printed at the top of every page, making calling them fast and easy. I always get great help every time I have called. The app is user friendly. Thank you for making fulfillment so easy.

Great way to ship! We were using a different platform before and were constantly having technical issues. We've had no problems with Shipping Easy, and their customer support is quick, effective, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

When I called, a real person picked up on the 2nd ring! Sat on the phone with Cory for nearly an hour and he was GREAT! Was having trouble with our printer configuration and he waited patiently through three computer restarts and helped us clean up our printer queue. ShippingEasy customer service rocks!

We are a small fulfillment center that uses Shipping Easy to integrate with our client's Shopify stores to fulfill their orders. The customer service from Shipping Easy has been vital in allowing us to move our business forward! With their help, we have been able to setup the software to run multiple stores and process out client's orders with ease... James, Jessica, and a few other team members have been invaluable! I highly recommend Shipping Easy to help you fulfill your orders!

They make shipping... well... easy! What more can you ask for? I get a ton of orders and just want the dang labels to print in a batch, with the correct shipping... and they do that... I've called support several times because I'm an ignoramus, and they've gone above and beyond to solve my problems!

Recently switched to ShippingEasy from Shippo! With Shippo I Had issues linking my UPS account from day one and customer service reps i talked to were of no help (but I figured out why once I switched to ShippingEasy, explanation below). The straw that broke the camel's back was when DHL rates just stopped working yesterday, and I kept getting errors when trying to make UPS labels.; which forced us to enter the order address one by one manually into DHL and UPS websites to purchase labels. Customer service told me that the only option for UPS to work again would be for me to go through and update every single one of my product titles to not include hypens or quotation marks, even though that was never an issue to begin with. I think this is just a lazy rep blaming the issue on the customer instead of actually looking into the problem. In the past few months that I have used Shippo I have talked to several customer service reps and I don't think any of them are fully qualified and trained to help, as bad as that sounds. I just switched to ShippingEasy, which lives up to it's name. I had a phone call walking me through the set up and shipping process AND I was able to link my UPS account effortlessly because ShippingEasy has everything step by step with screen captures so you can easily follow along. WHY SHIPPO DIDN'T WORK: My UPS account would not link with Shippo because Shippo kept telling me that the control ID number is optional. However, it is definitely needed for it to synch properly and can ONLY be found by downloading a .pdf of a previous bill. NONE of the customer service reps I spoke to ever mentioned the control ID number and yet ShippingEasy had it RIGHT THERE in their screen capture walk through of the process. I'd rather pay for an app that does exactly what I want, versus a free one where I keep having issues and end up having to do orders manually. Steer clear of Shippo and bite the bullet and spend the money for ShippingEasy, it's worth it!!!

We've been using Shipping Easy with our Shopify Store for almost 2 years now and have had a great experience! Shipping Easy integrates seamlessly with Shopify, and we love that it automatically provides our customers with their tracking information. We also appreciate the instant messenger style chat-help and their thorough FAQs and support page, since we are not very tech-savvy :)

I chose ShippingEasy as my shipping partner when I first launched my shop, and I have been very happy with that decision, their service and support! Today was a great example as I spoke with Bailey, who was very helpful, and only quickly addressed the questions I had, but also offered some suggestions to consider. He also offered to look into a question I had about rate differences (more) between what Shopify Real-Time Shipping is charging my customers for FedEx and what ShippingEasy - and FedEx for that matter - would charge me for the same item. There are so many things to juggle every day running a shop in today's world, and I strongly believe that you have to take the time to pick the best partners you can to help you succeed. I believe ShippingEasy is one of those for me and my shop.

Always able to reach a person when calling main number. Love that. This time they had to had a support team member call me back - took less than 10 minutes. Got help from James to solve what turned out to be a slightly technical issue in keeping 3 systems (Shopify - Shipping Easy - Endicia) talking to each other in such a way that resolves issue and keeps me from getting a tech headache (cause tech is not what I do) and in a way that is automated and easy. He kept the language simple, identified the best way to solve the problem and stayed on the line to walk me through until we had a solution in hand. Bravo!

Such a great app. We've been using it for 4 years and haven't had a bad experience with it yet. Takes the headache out of order processing. A particular example is when we run our annual Cyber Monday Sale we get 100 orders within a day span. Instead of it taking hours to just print packing slips & shipping labels it cuts the time down to about 15 to 20 minutes...We most definately save the money spend in monthly costs to shipping easy in labor. BIG TIME. Fantastic App!
