I've been using shippingeasy for years and I LOVE IT!! It's so organized and easy just like it's name shipping is easy with shippingeasy! If I have ever had any questions or concerns they're always there to help and usually do so at lightning speed. I would recommend this program to anyone it's worth every penny! Thank you shipping easy for making shipping easy :)

Just started on SE, but the setup was smooth as Jacen and the customer service team there were very beneficial. They made it easy to ask questions and to work toward getting the very most of the services SE has to offer, with a much lower rate than our previous system.

Shipping Easy has been a huge benefit to our business. It provides a lot more options and flexibility for shipping than Shopify did, and their customer support is incredible!

Sarah was by far the most knowledgeable and the best customer service experience I have ever had. She was very patient with me and explained herself so well that it made the experience enjoyable and very easy to set up my account. I really like using the ShippingEasy app. It's great to have all of our orders from all marketplaces in one spot. I also really appreciate the great support from everyone at ShippingEasy. They have a nice chat feature so you don't have to call in if you prefer the online chat and it works really great. Any time I've had an issue and had to contact the support team, they have been super prompt, friendly and helpful. Today, Melody assisted me with a confusing issue and she made the whole experience very smooth and easy. I feel confident that if I have any issues, ShippingEasy will be able to help, which really helps me to feel confident in their service. Edit: The customer service is still great! Today I was promptly assisted by Josh and he was as helpful as the previous customer service reps that I contacted. The helpful people at ShippingEasy are one of the best parts of the system!

Been using this app for a couple of days and It's already paid for itself! Having several options of shipping at your fingertips is amazing. The customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced with any product. They reached out to me to make sure I knew what I was doing (in a good way). Then had two follow-up calls scheduled to makes sure all of my questions were answered. Isabel Ruvalcaba and Sarah Weiss were outstanding to work with. Nothing but good things to say about this app or their customer service.

By far the best shipping company. I signed up with Caitlin a few years ago and she was a total rockstar she made it so easy for me to understand. I enjoy the chat support because I am always on the go. They are always so helpful and friendly. I actually spoke to Josh on chat this morning and he fixed my issue quickly and friendly. 5 stars just isn't enough for ShippingEasy

I've worked with four different individuals when I've called in for support (McKenzie, Bria, Micah and Ray) and all of them have been spectacular. We were very worried about setting up a new system, but Shipping Easy has truly made it "easy" to get this done. We've only been with Shipping Easy for a week (Stamps.com prior to that) but have found it to be intuitive and efficient. We like what we see to this point and the savings will more than cover the $29 monthly fee.

So far so great! Since I’ve been on Shopify I’ve downloaded several shipping applications and each one I had to remove for various reasons like no phone support, lack of international shipping options, lack of inventory options, too expensive...etc etc This app is by far the best for all of the things I mentioned and so much more I highly recommend shipping easy

We have worked with Shipping Easy for almost 2 years and we will never use anyone else. We used a different shipping management system before this one and there is NO comparison. Corey is AWESOME and has helped me numerous times because I am just an average Joe who has lots of questions! They never make me feel stupid and always answer my questions! Anytime we call their Customer Service line, we always get a live person and their customer service team is phenomenal! We LOVE working with this company and their awesome team! You will NOT be disappointed if you go with Shipping Easy! No sense in even trying anyone else. I did that for you already :) Tiffany

The ONLY place you need to go for your e-commerce shipping solutions needs. Terrific support, live agents to assist with shipping issues, easy application, great features...everything is there. All you need to do is set up and ship. Their account managers are awesome and Bailey has always been there is assist us when needed plus enhance our shipping tools to make it even easier to ship...Bailey is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with anytime! You do not have to think about this app...this is a must do for your e-commerce shipping needs...get it, you will NOT regret your decision!
