I have used many shipping apps over that last 6-7 years of running eCommerce businesses. Shipping Easy is truly the BEST shipping program I have found. From easy integration, to easy customization it is a breeze to work with. In addition to being easy, their customer service has been outstanding. I used the free plan for some time before upgrading (once I passed 50 orders a month and wanted to integrate my Amazon and Amazon Handmade shops as well as my Shopify shop). ShippingEasy is awesome for getting started on the cheap, but it's also great once you've grown a bit as well. I love that I can print shipping labels for orders from multiple stores all in the same place, as one batch. It really streamlines my packaging and shipping process.

SE is the BEST! We've been doing in house fulfillment from the beginning of our business and this has allowed us to streamline our entire process. The support alone is well worth jumping ship from any other shipping / fulfillment app. These guys are LEGIT! They stand behind their platform and are there to guide you through the greys when any issue arise. By far one of the best apps on Shopify! We have been using ShippingEasy for about 2 years now and it definitely has been pivotal to our success. Being able to manage shipments from all of our sales channels in one central location saves us a ton of time, energy and headaches. The great thing that I like about ShippingEasy is that it truly allows you to scale your business and add on more sales channels from multiple shopify, Ebay, and Amazon stores. For us we have 6 connected sales channels which we manage incoming shipments all from ShippingEasy. We use FedEx, DHL, USPS and UPS for our carriers and they integrate seamlessly with all of our accounts. We do a lot of International shipping as well and ShippingEasy really does a great job with generating the correct customs documents and forms.

Shipping Easy has been amazing for our high volume business. Setting up rules should be a daunting task, butt SE make it easy to figure out. The knowledge base is very thorough and customer service always addresses my questions in a prompt and friendly manner. I highly recommend Shipping Easy for any Shopify store, big or small.

They are the best we have used. We have tried multiple shipping interfaces and ShippingEasy has been the easiest to work with. They listen to their customers and make necessary changes/tweaks on the fly with there team if needed. Great customer service and support which is always nice, very quick answers!!! Extremely easy to use overall, very user friendly.

With it's functionality in creating shipping rules we have been able to automate our process to keep up with the rapid growth in orders. One of my favorite things has to be their Customer Service! We've been using Shipping Easy for quite some time now. Honestly I wish I would have started using it when I first opened up for business. Its the super quick and easy to use, not to mention the best part. The pricing has saved us thousands already! This app should be attached to every web store that ships. In other words. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Love it. Especially love the chat support option. Everything is pretty user friendly, so I don't have many issues, but any time something is unclear, I get a fast detailed response via chat. Thanks for making my life easier.

ShippingEasy has been a breeze to integrate and use. We have found it 100% better and more reliable than other shipping services we have used. We have had no issues with connectivity to Shopify, our orders are fulfilled with a tracking number consistently. Our shipping department also finds it easy and straight forward to use. Support is also fantastic! I would highly recommend using ship easy and your shipping solution.

This app is wonderful and saves me hours of time every week. I tried stamps.com and did not like it at all. Got a telephone solicitor call from ShippingEasy. WOW, their customer service was amazing. They walked me through every detail via telephone. I can't say enough good things about this app. Well worth the money I pay them, plus postage discounts are better than any other company I have found.

Running your own business after a corporate career where you expect others to do all the work is not happing. When orders come to us via the web and Shopify you need to process them quickly with little hassle. Shipping Easy is the answer. No more copy and pasting into Stamps.com domestically and even worse with international (copying and pasting first, last, street, etc.) or fumbling around with Paypal and shipping there. I love orders but actually hated being handcuffed with the process. ShippingEasy has changed my business life lets me batch and set packaging, push a button and print all packaging slips and labels at once. And their customer service is very helpful too. ShippingEasy has worked very well for us! We really enjoy using it once we got all the specifics figured out, we actually never used USPS before this and only used UPS we are saving us and our customers so much money by having the ability to use both though. We use a Zebra Thermal Printer with shipping easy to print the labels and it works flawlessly we only had one small problem with a odd sized shipping box, and i contacted support about it. She promised to follow up with me, and get back to me with a solution.. which she did! So they are reliable, the support is helpful and they follow through on what they say they will do. Our service department has gotten fast at using this tool!

After researching a couple of other shipping integration apps (including a trial run) none of them seemed to be a perfect match, until I called ShippingEasy and actually got a real person on the phone who was able to answer some pretty specific questions I had (most importantly, could I use Endicia and NOT Stamps.com) (and yes I know stamps just bought Endicia) as well as giving me a quick demo. I recently had a question on how to handle something and voila had a quick chat, question solved!! Great people and great app... They may be "developers" but they actually "get" how to run a business too! Now if they'd only come up with an accounting app and a shopping cart!! :)
