Shipping easy has been a great help to us. When I first signed up with them, I was worried they are just another company which wants to do the absolute minimal except in advertisement. But I was wrong. They helped me to set up everything and fully automate my shipping processes. Now, I have been with them for a couple of years. Every time, I had an issue they were here to help me. Today, I had to call them and spoke with Clyde. He provided an excellent support experience which resolved all my technical issue and get everything going. He also did it professionally. As the customer, I would recommend this company to everybody.

Matthew was very helpful and quick with what I needed to do switching information on email templates. I couldn't figure it out on my own and within minutes being on chat with Matthew, it was all fixed. Thank you for the great customer service.

I have been working with ShippingEasy for 9 months. We process about 300 orders per day with no problems! Corey, James, and Jessica have helped me set up the system to run more efficiently. I recommend the platform and the customer service, both are great!

ok GOTTA LOVE SHIPPINGEASY - We launched launched last Thursday- and had been with another app (ship station uughhh) for weeks prior to our launch and guess what nothing worked! And No Human contacted us back to help us when everything failed after launch....actually they still havent called back ( 5 days). Now hres the Great News - we got ShippingEasy and CORY a real person made sure that everything was working perfect. THANK YOU CORY! We will stay with the app that works well AND has human contact - because that shows they care and realize that we are people not just app purchasers.

Shipping Easy is the best! Brian just helped me solve an issue that didn't even involve shipping. That just goes to show you the industry knowledge that the team has. They are alway right there to help and each customer service person knows what they are talking about and are quick and friendly!

Wish I could put 5+ review as this company is just great! We have been using ShippingEasy for years now. Savings are much better than Shopify shipping. AND, it ties in with multiple stores. Perfect for true drop ship when you need to use another companies name / address to drop ship for your customers. Uses all shipping services, just choose how you want to ship. Updates your store automatically to fulfill your orders which in turn automatically sends an email to your customer with the tracking information. Edit packing slips to show the information you want shown and add your own text, etc. I can't say enough about ShippingEasy. They are just fabulous! https://www.dogcollarfancy.com

ShippingEasy has helped us streamline our shipping SO MUCH! What used to take a large portion of our day now happens in a near instant. Customer service is top-notch, too. Every time we've had a question, they've been there with support to help us through. Highly recommend this app.

When I called, a real person picked up on the 2nd ring! Sat on the phone with Cory for nearly an hour and he was GREAT! Was having trouble with our printer configuration and he waited patiently through three computer restarts and helped us clean up our printer queue. ShippingEasy customer service rocks!
