So far we are loving Shipping Easy. We ship about 500 packages per month, mostly USPS. Its easy to use and we can print packing slips and labels for all the orders on a given day with a few clicks. It will learn rules that will speed up daily shipping. The customer service is top notch- a real live person answers the phone when you call - and they actually know their stuff. (unlike most of the "gurus" that I have dealt with). Seriously, loving it and would highly recommend. Great app for my website! We get great rates with USPS and everything is understandable and easy to manage. Recommend to everyone!

Shipping Easy is AMAZING! Very easy and effective! The shipping discounts are great, as well as the customer service team! They are extremely easy to get ahold of and will GLADLY walk you through any issue you are having or even help you put new processes in place. Shout out Samantha and Bri. Highly recommended for people using a service like this! 5 Stars!

I have used many shipping apps over that last 6-7 years of running eCommerce businesses. Shipping Easy is truly the BEST shipping program I have found. From easy integration, to easy customization it is a breeze to work with. In addition to being easy, their customer service has been outstanding. We ship 1000+ orders a month from our business www.sharethelovetoday.com and without Shipping Easy it would NOT be possible to maintain this pace. A BIG thank you to everyone at Shipping Easy! Love the ease of use but would love it even MORE if you could sync Point Of Sale Orders! ! Super helpful and always courteous customer service!! All around a great app and service! :)

I used the free plan for some time before upgrading (once I passed 50 orders a month and wanted to integrate my Amazon and Amazon Handmade shops as well as my Shopify shop). ShippingEasy is awesome for getting started on the cheap, but it's also great once you've grown a bit as well. I love that I can print shipping labels for orders from multiple stores all in the same place, as one batch. It really streamlines my packaging and shipping process.

SE is the BEST! We've been doing in house fulfillment from the beginning of our business and this has allowed us to streamline our entire process. The support alone is well worth jumping ship from any other shipping / fulfillment app. These guys are LEGIT! They stand behind their platform and are there to guide you through the greys when any issue arise. By far one of the best apps on Shopify! This app has been an amazing tool to streamline the shipping of online orders into a manageable and dare i say (easy) task. That, plus their customer support team has gone over and above to help us solve those pesky bumps in the road as we hit them.

After 3 years of manually entering shipping info on our fedex account, I decided to get a shipping easy account. This has saved us not only money, but hours of shipping time. The platform is easy to use and is a no-brainer to use for all businesses. Can't believe it took us this long to utilize. We are a forever shipping easy customer now!

We have been using ShippingEasy for about 2 years now and it definitely has been pivotal to our success. Being able to manage shipments from all of our sales channels in one central location saves us a ton of time, energy and headaches. The great thing that I like about ShippingEasy is that it truly allows you to scale your business and add on more sales channels from multiple shopify, Ebay, and Amazon stores. For us we have 6 connected sales channels which we manage incoming shipments all from ShippingEasy. We use FedEx, DHL, USPS and UPS for our carriers and they integrate seamlessly with all of our accounts. We do a lot of International shipping as well and ShippingEasy really does a great job with generating the correct customs documents and forms.

ShippingEasy has had the biggest impact on our business of any app in the app store. Outstanding product & support team. I spoke to Tom about shipping presets and rules and he walked me through the whole process. He answered all my questions clearly and didn't make me feel being a pain. Thank you very much, Tom!
