Great app! I've used shipstation, ship hero, and now shippingeasy and it's definitely the best for inventory management. Makes keeping track of inventory across multiple channels easy and streamlined. Shipping is easy and I love that I can dropship from Amazon FBA for website orders. Customer service is really helpful and quickly resolve any issues that ever come up.

I use this app to print all of my postage. Commercial Base pricing is as good as it gets- coupled with excellent tech support!!!!!! updated- 2022- Still loving the ease of shipping easy!

Their customer service is AMAZING. I needed assistance integrating from USPS to Fed Ex One Rate and they were SO helpful! They were very thorough, went through the whole process with me, and in the end everything worked perfectly.

I had an issue syncing/authorizing a store, I called the store and did what they said, but it did not work. I then called ShippingEasy, and the woman I spoke with was SUPER helpful. She stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved (and it was resolved). I wish I had contacted ShippingEasy first, I could not be more pleased with the customer service :)

ShippingEasy is a great app! And, if you need anything, you can count on their superior customer service. I have contacted them by phone and chat. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to automate their fulfillment.

I've used ShippingEasy for years and I love it! I come in each morning and all of my orders are populated and ready to ship. It filters in from Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and a few more so I don't have to go chasing orders. They're all in one place! Also, if I ever have a question, I can open a chat window and talk to Matthew, the most HELPFUL customer service guy, and he answers all of my questions, and he's super cool too :) This software is worth the monthly fee as it saves me so much time and hassle, and I can also organize all my shipping carriers in one place too!

Love this app! We've used it since the beginning of our business because it offered their service for free for small monthly shipments. I enjoy how easy it is to use, the ability to have our logo on our shipping labels, and their customer service is fast and great!!!

This APP has been AMAZING. First of all, it works great and it isn't hard to learn all the tricks. The customer service has always been outstanding and very helpful. We are saving hundreds of dollars a month using this app for our shipping.

I have been using this app for longer than I can remember. The interface and support staff is just fantastic as well. I just got off chat with Melody and she helped me through some issues I was having with customer reviews, fast and solved the issue right away.
