Just started on SE, but the setup was smooth as Jacen and the customer service team there were very beneficial. They made it easy to ask questions and to work toward getting the very most of the services SE has to offer, with a much lower rate than our previous system.

I really like using the ShippingEasy app. It's great to have all of our orders from all marketplaces in one spot. I also really appreciate the great support from everyone at ShippingEasy. They have a nice chat feature so you don't have to call in if you prefer the online chat and it works really great. Any time I've had an issue and had to contact the support team, they have been super prompt, friendly and helpful. Today, Melody assisted me with a confusing issue and she made the whole experience very smooth and easy. I feel confident that if I have any issues, ShippingEasy will be able to help, which really helps me to feel confident in their service. Edit: The customer service is still great! Today I was promptly assisted by Josh and he was as helpful as the previous customer service reps that I contacted. The helpful people at ShippingEasy are one of the best parts of the system!

Been using this app for a couple of days and It's already paid for itself! Having several options of shipping at your fingertips is amazing. The customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced with any product. They reached out to me to make sure I knew what I was doing (in a good way). Then had two follow-up calls scheduled to makes sure all of my questions were answered. Isabel Ruvalcaba and Sarah Weiss were outstanding to work with. Nothing but good things to say about this app or their customer service.

By far the best shipping company. I signed up with Caitlin a few years ago and she was a total rockstar she made it so easy for me to understand. I enjoy the chat support because I am always on the go. They are always so helpful and friendly. I actually spoke to Josh on chat this morning and he fixed my issue quickly and friendly. 5 stars just isn't enough for ShippingEasy

I've worked with four different individuals when I've called in for support (McKenzie, Bria, Micah and Ray) and all of them have been spectacular. We were very worried about setting up a new system, but Shipping Easy has truly made it "easy" to get this done. We've only been with Shipping Easy for a week (Stamps.com prior to that) but have found it to be intuitive and efficient. We like what we see to this point and the savings will more than cover the $29 monthly fee.

We are never disappointed when we need help. More company's should give this much attention to "GREAT" customer service. Thanks support team for all you do.

The ONLY place you need to go for your e-commerce shipping solutions needs. Terrific support, live agents to assist with shipping issues, easy application, great features...everything is there. All you need to do is set up and ship. Their account managers are awesome and Bailey has always been there is assist us when needed plus enhance our shipping tools to make it even easier to ship...Bailey is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with anytime! You do not have to think about this app...this is a must do for your e-commerce shipping needs...get it, you will NOT regret your decision!

Great features and great support. We've been using them for fulfillment for a number of years, and just started using the new features like inventory management, which has been a great time saver vs. previous manual methods of allocating orders, doing purchase orders, etc. Support is excellent, almost everyone I get on the phone is friendly and knowledgeable and gets to the root of the problem quickly. Some of the newer features have a bug or two, but they usually get resolved in a reasonable time frame.

We have always had great customer service from Shipping Easy! I have always found them to be incredibly friendly and helpful! However, I recently had a snafu that I needed help with and Melody was amazing! Not only was she kind, but she walked me through every step making a difficult task so much easier! Thank you so much!

This works so well, and was an excellent way to move away from Filemaker. I'm not the most software savvy person out there, and every time I get confused, or need help, they are always happy to do so, and take time with me and are very patient, until I am up and running. Great customer service, and product.

Well all I can is that Josh Saved the day! I noticed that some of my customers did not show ship delivery and Josh saved the day. Following a national TV experience we went from Shippo to ShippingEasy. We simply had to to handle the HUGE jump in order volume. And I'm glad we did. ShippingEasy makes it super easy to batch print large numbers of orders at once with a single click. And their customer service is off the charts. Cory patiently answered all of my questions and actually did a lot of the work himself, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend!

Shipping Easy is a breeze to use! I love the way it's set up. Syncing your online store is a cinch, and even syncing multiple stores is no problem. Beyond the user friendly app and the features is offers, the customer service is out of this world! There just isn't an issue they aren't able to help you with. :-) Highly recommend to new business owners and established as well. So far, everything has been smooth! The app speeds up our fulfillment process and saves us money. Plus the all-star customer service team is just a call away to talk me through the process and fix any user errors I am experiencing, shout out to Bailey! 10/10 recommend.

This app has been a lifesaver for me! It really speeds up the shipping process and their customer service is top notch! Great customer service. Salesman sold me on functionality that I said is necessary and unfortunately this software does not have it.
