John Farrer & Co (Kendal) Ltd review for Shiptheory

So easy to use with our Parcelforce parcels that we are in the process of adding Royal Mail to it!! Allowing multiple companies to be added means everything can be done in one place rather than having to jump around multiple sites to print labels. Josh Hodder was brilliant at taking me through the steps and when I hit a blip he was there immediately to help. I cannot fault the customer service. I just wish other companies were as professional and supportive.
