They have very good products. But the attention of the employees is very poor and disappointing. Every time I have an order I have to inform them so they can produce it. I have had to cancel orders from my clients because they have taken more than a week to produce. This situation causes you to lose clients. It is a bad experience for the customer and for yourself.
