Very easy to use. Support is 100% they communicate brilliantly. They will send text messages directly to your phone and with one click a new campaign is running. Highly recommended

#1 The customer support team is astonishing (props to Florent!). They actually care about you and your store, and they won't count the hours to customize the campaigns so that they fit your needs. #2 ROI is through the roof and I don't have to do a thing! #4 The integration with Yotpo is a blessing. Go check it out! #3 Everyday you are not using Shoelace, you're leaving money on the table.

We have been using Shoelace for a while now and we're constantly upgrading to whatever they're offering because they know their stuff! We've seen amazing ROI from our spend with Shoelace so we can focus more on filling the top of the funnel knowing that our retargeting is taken care of :) Customer service is top notch too, thanks for always taking care of us team Shoelace!

I really like the app since it lowers my retargeting costs while increasing the ROI.THANK YOU SHOELACE TEAM! edit : well it turned out they charge double claiming that I have outstanding balances every week,eventho I didn't...Just don't use it....

Shoelace take a little time to get going and once it takes off you can see the well thought out strategy behind the ads. They are there to hand hold you along the way and make sure you are set up to succeed. There are other apps that do for free what Shoelace does, they just don't do it as well. You get what you pay for. I am looking forward to see the company grow and have more offerings in the future! Their review feature should crush it!
