Downloaded it 3 weeks ago. Can't get it to work. Saying to enter my credit card details so I click the button and it directs me to a page where it says my credit card is valid and everything is set up. Ive lost hundreds of dollars, maybe thousands. Wrote to support and still haven't heard anything back from them. Going to download retargetApp again as that was very easy to use and the support was always quick

very fast support, and people there they know their stuff they were very helpfull even though we had some bugs, totally recomend if you want easy retargeting

So far, so great! We've been using Shoelace for a little while and have recently been getting some great phone support from them - helping us to refine and optimise our thinking and plans. It's easy, they team are happy to help, and it delivers!

Bourbon & Boots started using ShoeLace about 6 months ago. At first it was to test Shoelace vs the incumbent Social retargeting app. We have now fully moved to Shoelace due to the ROAS financial performance. Been using this app for two months. Just 1 sales. Facebook advertising is probably not effective for our products.
