I'm really liking this app. I wasn't too sure on the facebook ads set up and had dabbled a little without much success that I could tell. I installed the Shoelace autopilot and then had to wait until I had 100 tracked visitors which also seemed impossible at the time lol. I kept checking and they asked if I'd like to start a campaign with just 60 tracked visitors so i thought it can't hurt. So I set up for $5.00 a day, which is ongoing. I can say I was nervous about this money as I don;t have a lot to spare. I set it to work and just checked back now and again. I wasn't seeing much activity and it got to just 4 returns to the website a few days in and i was beginning to doubt my decision. Then I got a $54.00 sale and I checked the shoelace app and it had come from there. I was very happy. It proved it was working. I like that it keeps me in the faces of those who have proven to be interested without me spamming them about the store all the time. Very happy overall and the support is great if you need it for set up etc.

The team from Shoelace is amazing, I was referred by a friend and can't say how much easier it's made managing and re-targeting my products to the appropriate audience. Now I've got more time to focus on the other core functions of the business.

We've been using Shoelace for a few months now. It took us a few trials and errors to find the best ad setup but it was worth it. The first month, we had an unusual high cost per click and they quickly gave us a credit to give some time for the ads to adjust and now the cost per click is definitely worth it. We can safely say that it's one of the best Apps we use. The fast support and positive ROI say it all. We do not check our stats anymore since the ROI is in average around 3500% in our case.

This has been essential to our business! It would be awesome if you started to offer retargeting with google and not just facebook, we would definitely pay a fixed consultancy fee to set this up for us and ongoing fees as well..

These guys are awesome. Reza responds ridiculously fast to every question, but honestly it's such an intuitive app we rarely have any. The only reason I know the name "Reza" is because we get check ins frequently to make sure things are running smoothly and that they're making us money---which they definitely are! This is a must have app!

Absolutely Amazing, can highly recommend!! Works out so much easier then running your own Adwords campaigns. Now that I'm using Shoelace I'm spending less and getting better results!

So far so good! I've only been using it for one week, but has increased my orders and I love that I can see on the dashboard exactly how effective the ads are.

Having Shoelace in 2 of my other stores has increased my conversions via retargeting through the roof. A great app and a fantastic support team to get you going. You NEED Shoelace if you have a serious Shopify store!

I LOVE SHOELACE. This #Toronto based company (so is #DavidCrighton_Art) takes all the pain out of retargetting in Facebook. Gone are the endless hours of clicking and wondering why the image won't load, how to target it, what are all the things I'm supposed to do again? and you're just left with the endless "too much text" problem. Finally I'm getting FB Conversions! Thanks SHOELACE!!!

Super quick and easy installation. Wonderful customer service. They are very fast at responding to any questions that I've had. Very informative dashboard that shows you how much you've spent, how many visitors you've received from your ad, views, purchases and total sales. The best part are the RESULTS! I have received almost 300 purchases using this app with very low ad spend in comparison to the revenue that was generated. Highly recommend.

it doesn't get much more simple than this. install, pick a daily budget and let shoelace do the work. if you have any questions Reza is always there with the answers. excellent customer service!

This is our experience with Shoelace: - Already had a few sales in the first couple of weeks thanks to Shoelace, with very little ad spend on Facebook retargeting, and with no effort on our end apart from installing the app and creating our message. - Very helpful personalised customer service and they go the extra mile to show us how the app works to our benefit. - Always responsive to messages and show they care and interested in us succeeding with our campaigns. - Great intuitive interface and simple to use. - Really like the auto campaign suggestions. Thank you Shoelace team especially to Reza and Nancy who have helped us get set up and settled with the software. I look forward to more sales coming from Shoelace as I create more campaigns from it.
