If you have any questions or doubts about the same our support team would have answered them and also guided you in the right direction for how to remove Shogun code. Every app or a page builder app will require some additions to the theme in order for the app and the pages or the content to function. Shogun adds minimal files or code and that is to ensure your pages continue to work when the app is uninstalled, this is expected behavior. But, you can always follow the steps to remove the code without causing any issues. As suggested, I don't see any support interaction from your end. You installed the app 6 days ago and uninstalled.
