Perfect, so so helpful and super quick, literaly saved me when I accidentally deleted pages!

They just split the Personalzation feature into New App. And they did mentioned "About Personalization: it’s no longer available for new Shopify installs after Nov 12, 2025, but existing users aren’t affected. If you were using Personalized Experiences, pages stay published and everyone just sees the Default Variant when MTUs run out." Guess what, someone just pushed the new app and REMOVED THE YEARS OF PERSONALZATION work. Just PUFF, GONE for ever.
Hi Ravi, I’m really sorry for the frustration this caused. I completely understand how alarming it must feel to see something that looks like years of work suddenly disappear. To clarify, your personalization work has not been deleted. We pushed an unpublished version update, and your personalization can still be found in the versions tool, to which you can revert. We recognize that this experience wasn’t clear or smooth, especially for customers actively using these features in Page Builder. That’s on us. In response to your feedback, we’ve already re-enabled these features for you so you can continue working as expected while we reassess the transition approach. App is great and offers everything you need, but the support ... is superb - replies in minutes, actually helpful and kind. *Would love it if - in the future - the video element didn't require vimeo/youtube integration but manual upload in the app itself :D
