Hi there, Saul. Thanks for sharing the feedback with us. I am sorry to hear about your experience. I was looking at the conversation that you had with our support team, where my colleague was assisting you, and it looks like the issue was related to the removal of the product page. That usually happens when you unpublish the page in our app and then revert it. The state of the page will remain unpublished and that will mean the live page throws an error as the product is no longer live. However, my colleague was able to restore and republish the page to ensure it worked and I can see you were able to revert the page again when you confirmed this was working correctly. I see you have since uninstalled the app. I am reaching out on the same thread to learn more about the issue is there was anything else that was causing an issue. Perfect, so so helpful and super quick, literaly saved me when I accidentally deleted pages!

They just split the Personalzation feature into New App. And they did mentioned "About Personalization: it’s no longer available for new Shopify installs after Nov 12, 2025, but existing users aren’t affected. If you were using Personalized Experiences, pages stay published and everyone just sees the Default Variant when MTUs run out." Guess what, someone just pushed the new app and REMOVED THE YEARS OF PERSONALZATION work. Just PUFF, GONE for ever.

Hi Ravi, I’m really sorry for the frustration this caused. I completely understand how alarming it must feel to see something that looks like years of work suddenly disappear. To clarify, your personalization work has not been deleted. We pushed an unpublished version update, and your personalization can still be found in the versions tool, to which you can revert. We recognize that this experience wasn’t clear or smooth, especially for customers actively using these features in Page Builder. That’s on us. In response to your feedback, we’ve already re-enabled these features for you so you can continue working as expected while we reassess the transition approach.
