The support team is the diamond. Yeah the builder works, its UI is intuitive, there are built in AB capabilities, all the bells and whistles. However, online it all works until it doesn't. This is where the supports matters! Responsive and knowledgeable! We were updating a theme and something broke. Mobile CSS issue.
