We inspected the page code and discovered some custom CSS in the theme that changes the display of "divs". When that code is disabled, the dropzones and sections return to their expected state. That code is located inside in the "theme.scss.liquid" file in the Assets folder of the theme. When you get a chance, could you please try removing that code and then let us know whether that has resolved the issues you wrote about?
