The BEST Brand App we have used. I have used this app on multiple websites and it works perfectly, the support from Jarvis is incredible! We required a couple of custom changes and at every point we need help the issues were resolved quickly. I will definitely be using this app on more projects I work with.

We are dissatisfied with the functionality of this application due to its code causing interference with other page elements. Additionally, we find it problematic that there is no capability to guide customers directly to brand collections. Instead, the application redirects customers to search query landing pages, such as /collections/vendors?q=Brand&sort_by=best-selling. Despite our requests, the developer has not shown a willingness to address this issue promptly and effectively. Therefore, based on these concerns, we cannot recommend the use of this application. [UPDATE] The app developer is entitled to their opinion, but they are not entitled to their own facts.
You have used our application for a long time free of charge and requesting new features to be developed for your store for free, overnight is simply not fair. We have gone out of our way to help you in the past quite a few times and revenge 1* reviewing our app is completely unreasonable and unfair. That said, you have a right to your opinion and we respect it.
So far this app has been brilliant and the support team even better, I asked for some custom changes and the speed of replies and work is excellent. I would definitely reccommend and plan on using this brand page on my other sites that will be built.
Easy to use, very simple and looks nice. The support team were very kind and responded quickly. Great app.
