The plugin customization offers a wide range of options, the customer service response is very prompt, and the price is reasonable.

Don't install it if you're planning to try 'free-tier' because there's no way to add price of any option. Useless

Worst support ever. Got the 24.99$ plan and they told me I have to pay extra money if I want to hide some stuff in the cart. When stands clearly the following on the 24.99$ plan: "Customize the features you require". So a totally joke. I worked to prepare all my products with their customisations. I wrote them like 4-5 times and got no solution, I waited 4-5 days as well to give them time to help me, and nothing. So I would definitely not recommend this app, unless you want to waste your time and money.
Sorry for your bad experience, actually before you unsubscribed from our app, we had responded to you internally that we had scheduled time to hide and translate the fields in your shopping cart. You may not have received the message we've replied. And it takes 2 days to make the necessary changes, and our development schedule was not as fast. However, we have already applied for a free modification for you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed communication, and if you are willing to give us another chance, we will make the modifications as soon as possible.

Launching a Shopify store is a tremendously nerve-racking endeavor. After creating my first product, I realized I would need some way to make product customization options for my customers. I also wanted them to be able to preview their orders. Being a Newbie, I scoured Shopify Apps, trying all the “Built for Shopify” Apps, installing, trying and inevitably uninstalling them one after the other. I didn’t like any of them. I broadened my search and stumbled upon Shopaw Product Options… an app whose name spoke to me (I am building a shop for an animal rescue). I watched their 2 minute video, opened the app and was actually able to achieve the product customizations I was looking for. I believe they are succeeding in their “…aim to offer the best solution for your business”.
Customer support is pretty good but there are still a few bugs that need to be worked out in regards to information showing in cart, checkout and the order.

Due to our app's ability to set independent prices for each option (add-on price), which is tied to Shopify's built-in variant, there is a distinction between the main product type and the variant type that is tied to the add-on price. Therefore, there will be a type indicator on both the shopping cart and checkout pages. We have taken steps to hide the shopping cart type indicator, but the checkout page type indicator can only be modified by Shopify Plus stores, as this is not a bug but rather a design feature of the product. Anyway, we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
This has been the best product options app that I have found, and I've used about 10 different ones. AND I will say the customer service is literally the best out of ANY app I've used on Shopify. The Service was just beyond belief and so AAA 5 STARS! If you want to use a Product Options app, literally this is the BEST one ever!

Great software, with a lot of support. Customer service is 100 points, and the price is cheaper than many custom software. It is recommended that all customized sellers use this software.
I highly recommend the Shopaw app for creating custom products. It's easy to add images and text to products, and it also allows me to save more complex customization templates for use in other stores or on other products. BTW, the service is really prompt and efficient.
