We've been using this for quite some time and it's a great app with wonderful customer service. But it just changed from free to paid and the prices are high. We like it so much we're trying to see what we can do to continue using it (and the developers are kindly working with us on that), but it's definitely a huge challenge to go from free and works great to facing hundreds of dollars a year to get to use.

Such a creative way to do a fun and rewarding loyalty program. Love that you can customise the app to suit your store and branding. Steve, the founder, is super kind and helpful :) Would defiantly recommend this app for your store!

Shop hub is my new favourite loyalty scheme for my new small business! They go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assist with any queries extremely quickly! I highly recommend.

BY FAR the best part of this app is their commitment to your brand. Their on-going support and willingness to be flexible and update the core functionality of the app to be compatible with your needs is just a nice bonus. Sinds zeker 2 maanden kunnen wij niet meer in de app komen, maar het programma draait wel op de site. Dan zit er helaas niks anders op dan de klanten teleur te stellen en de app te verwijderen

We just installed the app but it has been super easy and the response to questions around installing has been excellent and timely. We wanted something simple and sweet, and this concept works well for a food brand. Looks like this app will continue to evolve with new features and integrations being added over time. We're looking forward to seeing the impact!

I have installed this few days ago, and the app keeps giving 500 Internal Server error. Can's even uninstall the app as the admin page isn't opening at all.

As soon as we installed this app, our customers could not log into their accounts on our website to shop our site. Went to this app's chat service, it showed "We're online and ready to help" or something to that effect, but it was not true. They weren't there. Or at least they didn't respond. Sent them an email. Four hours later, still no response, and I don't know how many sales were lost, so we finally deleted this app. Hoping we haven't lost too many customers but we will never know. We set it up correctly with accounts enabled so that was not the issue. An app that can prevent your customers from logging into their accounts to buy something is a dangerous app. It's not free if you lose hundreds of dollars worth of business.

I suggested you turn off the widget as a potential temporary solution while I immediately investigated this issue with the development team. . After investigating this issue with the development team for the last few hours, it appears that there is a conflict with your specific theme code. This is not an issue that any of our hundreds of other customers have faced, but we would still be happy to find a custom fix for your store. . It is very disappointing to receive our first-ever 1-star review, especially when we place such importance on stellar customer service. You can see this with our other 23 reviews, all of which are 5-star and attest to our great customer service. . While I completely understand the stress that this issue has caused you, we don't believe this review is fair when we made every effort to contact you and solve your issue. . I understand your confusion with our automated live chat welcome message. I have been using this app for around 3-4 months and I cannot say I have been disappointed yet. Installation and setup was extreamly quick and it was active on the site within minutes. Its great that you can choose your logo to be displayed and your website colour scheme. Email and Live chat support is second to none, helpful replies and most importantly fast replies. The fact its free is simply amazing and I cannot wait to see this app develop further.

The app is very easy to add to a store and customise. Unfortunately the free forever promise at the start got scrapped, with new pricing way over our budget going forward and we find ourselves in a bit of a pickle - we either pay $199 per month or discontinue and let down our many customers. Very disappointing indeed.

I love how simple the rewards program is for my customers to use and for myself as a business owner to use. The graphics are so nice and love how you can customize your look of your punch card. Steve is always available to help with question on the live chat. He was super helpful and i was so grateful to talk to a person right away. Now a days all these companies are always automated and aren't actually available for questions from customers. Steve from shophub is prompt and extremely helpful! I would highly recommend this program for any small business!

I love everything about this app, from its design to how easy it is to install. The team is fantastic and helpful. Things do not have to be complicated and over the top! I wish there were more stars to give! I cannot believe the service and attention to detail these guys have! While they're a bit new and definitely underrated, they are knocking out home runs every day! Steve and crew have engaged with me through chat and email even when I wasn't expecting it. I will be updating this as time goes on. Steve listened to my needs and provided a very detailed response. After that interaction, a few days goes by and Steve emails me with suggestions and new versions of MY OWN ARTWORK!!! WHAAT! WHO DOES THAT!!! Someone amazing that's who! 100% an absolute must for your business. Please if you need any more information from a customer feel free to reach out to me. I can't wait to see what comes next!
