Firstly I just tried this app out of curiosity, but soon enough was surprised by the ease of use and great services it offers. Apart from that, customer service is quick, accurate, and informative so as to they walk you through different necessary steps of the process. Specifically, I talked to Greg and he was pleasantly kind and supportive.

I need this app to give more than a couple weeks to try it as to I am not that tech savvy. I hope I will get a chance to what this app does. I want a n app that can supply all my needs including marketing ad for my business. For new business owners you should offer free plans with a little something extra.

Easy to use especially for me since I am a beginner in this arena. Ease of use was paramount for me so I didn't waste time working on transferring products when I could be doing something else. Training is second to none also.

Love dropified. I use it for two of my stores and saved me alot of time with fulfilling orders and the other features the app holds. Support has been amazing as well. Greg replies in seconds and is always available to help me whenever i run into some problems. Thanks again and highly recommend it

I use this app for supplements I sell on several websites. The platform is the best there is. I use other POD supplement companies, and none of them come close. After it is all set up (which is super easy), it is fully automatic from when the order is placed to when it is shipped. I highly recommend it! Thomas

I started when the app was called Shopified and saw how the app evolved to Dropified. It is a pricey app, but I love the ease of workflow with the app, and most importantly, the super awesome customer service. Kevin and team are responsive, courteous and always so helpful! Most recently, I upgraded to their lifetime plan. Greg is understanding and offers to refund when I emailed that I do not need the supplements catalogue plan at this point in time. I highly recommend this app if you are doing dropshipping as it is a time saver and it is so easy to use! Most of all, their excellent customer service, it sets a high bar to emulate.

Kevin and the team are the BEST !!!!! They helped me BIG TIME with complicated acount issues and data migration to the new account. Some heavy lifting was involved and they took it upon themselve to fix everything. I'm truly greatfull for their service and support. Been using Dropified app since 2017 and never looked back. So far I am loving the app. As a dropshipper I have no complaints. I completely forgot that AliExpress exsist. I do all my business with Alibaba and am 100% satisfied that I can get my orders fulfilled from this app.

Amazing support from dropified today with an ongoing technical issue i've had with some systems connectivity. Greg Bitgood actually took the time to create me a tailor made video from inside my store, to demonstrate what steps i need to take to rectify my problems. Due to the quality of the video, it only took a few minutes to fix the issues. The response time and the time it took for the video to arrive in my inbox, was less than ten minutes after emailing the Dropified help email address. Customer service doesn't get better than this. Amazing.

Dropified's support team for their Private Label on Demand services never ceases to amaze me! They are the best support team I've ever worked with, hands down. Great app. The customer support team is super responsive and helps with any concern you have. I've used this app multiple times and on different stores and it has all been a great experience. It is a little pricey but totally worth it!
