Regarding the partial refund behaviour: when a refund is issued on any item within an order, this will remove the order from the counter count entirely. We understand this may feel unexpected, but this is actually intended logic within the app — as a refund signals that the order was not fully completed as placed. We appreciate that this may not be the behaviour everyone expects, and we're sorry for any confusion. As for the random order removal you're experiencing, this is something we'd love to look into further as it is not expected behaviour.
