Please bring back custom date ranges! My viewers are always asking how many orders I got during a big product launch. I used to be able to select a custom range, and the feature was removed. Also, your "Get Support" button doesn't work, so I have to communicate this via review.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review — we truly appreciate the feedback. We're happy to let you know that custom date ranges are back! You can now select a custom range to display exactly the data you need. We hope this makes the experience much more useful for you and your viewers. We also sincerely apologize that the "Get Support" button wasn't working. This has been flagged to our team. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we'd be happy to walk you through the new custom date range feature.
I also had trouble with the new app but ColorMeCarole's solution works - Go to your Smirll account - Switch "OPTIONS" from JSON to PUSH NUMBER. - within these settings you'll find your "Counter ID" and "Counter Token" - randomly input a number in the display field and hit "SAVE" (your counter should start updating to display whichever number you inputed) - Go back to your SHOPIFY Counter app within Shopify. - Setup the counter with your "ID and TOKEN" numbers. - Select "Display orders for today" and hit SAVE. Somehow after doing those steps above it FINALLY worked for me, didn't give me a single error and my counter works the way it did before when using the old app. Then I switched the app settings to show Most Recent Order Number and BAM, it works great!
Faster updates than before, but still not reliable in terms of total sales. - Add the ability to show sales less returns - Add the ability to show lifetime number of items sold
