Kokodoko Design review for Shopify Counter

It doesn’t work. It completely ignored the settings I configured for the counter and kept counting up, even when I hadn’t received any orders. I tried reaching out to Shopify support, since it’s listed as their app, but the AI bot wouldn’t log the bug or connect me to a real person.
