By far the worse mobile app development experience we’ve had with anyone. They’re so confident with your product that they won’t let you cancel the 1K a month in fees. Won’t update our app. They gave us 5 different reps in one year. This was a real disappointment.

For convenience, you can cancel your Tapcart plan by following these steps: 1. Log in to your Shopify admin. 2. Navigate to Sales Channels and select Tapcart. 3. Go to Account & Billing. 4. Click Subscription Details. 5. Select Cancel Subscription. 6. After cancellation is confirmed, fully uninstall the Tapcart sales channel from Shopify. Let us know when complete, so we can ensure your billing is canceled as well.
