Very bad app and unstable, and the support is useless; they can't resolve the core bugs, don't subscribe waste of time and money, searching for an alternative any help?
We’ve had a very satisfactory experience with the support service. The responses have been timely, and issues are usually resolved within the first or second reply. There is excellent availability to provide solutions for customizations.

We have used Webkul apps for other systems (DPD integration for Odoo) in past with so-so experience. Using the Shopify Odoo app continues to be so-so again. The idea of the app itself is pretty good and the implementation would do its job. What we see are performance issues and lack of service. Tickets are not followed up and kept open for over 2 weeks. Why should we rely our daily business on a unreliable app and unreliable partner?

We have been using the Odoo Connector app for several years now. Despite some of the bugs and errors we face from time to time, it is still our best option given our business and operational needs.

Currently, if you wish to sync prices of variants, you need to install the "Product Variant Extra Feature" module. To install this module, you need to migrate from Odoo online to Odoo.sh or Odoo on-premise and subscribe for another app outside of Shopify
The app is working very well and the support service is full available to help you if you have any problem. They also help us develop some customization for a good price. Everyone can go with Webkul this company is very serious.
Good connector. We are working already 9 months. Customer support always helps to setup connector options and fix all issues. Very important - if you would like to use it you should deep understand Odoo processes and setups.

We have been trying to use this app to connect our Online Store with Odoo, unfortunately the products, inventory... are not synchronized and the support is really bad and doesn't provide any solution for such a critical software.

Our Odoo–Shopify connector is used successfully by many merchants, and in most cases, synchronization issues are related to initial configuration, version compatibility, or specific workflow requirements on the Odoo side. The app doesn't import stocks from Shopify to Odoo so it's useless for us. I ask a refund to Webkul (the company who develop this plugin), but they refuse to refund us the $35... We switch to the Odoo Shopify connector from Emipro, and we had a better experience.
Hey, Please excuse us for the less satisfied response...!! Please be informed that, Bydefault, We do import the stocks from Shopify to Odoo. Infact, Import works bi-directional in Odoo Connector. I used this app to help me connect Shopify order with Odoo to push all of my orders through. They have not only supplied a great service but they have gone over the top and modified the connector for us. Highly recommend.

Great support. Always available when needed. We have 2 shops syncing orders to Odoo without issues now. They can also customize the integration! Game changing for us.

The app works well and is fairly easy to use and install. It is important to look and adjust the different configurations to match your needs. We had to make several changes to the configuration, especially in Odoo. The customer service people were absolutely awesome. They patiently answered all my questions (thanks Arun), sending screen shots and advice as needed. If you're looking to connect your store to Odoo, this app is great.

App will sync basic shopify product and order data to odoo. The fundamental differences between the 2 platforms make integration a bit tricky, but the app does what it should and the support is outstanding.
