Glad it's been useful in your first few days. You stay in control of every price change. You can apply or skip each price tip one by one or in bulk. To check why a markdown or markup was suggested, open the price tip tooltip. It shows the forecast, inventory, cost, and seasonality behind it. This helps you adjust prices and keep products in compliance.

Thanks for your feedback because it's helped us improve. We've just released margin control in Smart Pricing. Now you can set a minimum margin, so no price tip goes below it and a maximum discount when costs aren't available. This allows price tips to account for your total overhead to fit the realities of running your store. We invite you check it out under the new Settings tab and consider updating your review if the solution works for your store.

Appreciate the honest feedback. Markdowns and markups use available inventory as one of their signals, so POD and Shopify Collective products won't fit well there when that stock isn't really yours to move. New product price tips are usually a better fit for those items, since they compare your price against similar products across Shopify instead of stock levels.
