I spent weeks implementing this app. But first, as I always do, I tested a few products, made test sales, all worked fine. So I continued on- entering product by product, hours upon hours of time. Then I received a few Etsy orders and they didn’t integrate over into Shoplist or Shopify the way they did in my tests. So I reached out to the provided support email 7 times over 2 weeks as well as utilized the in-app chat function 10 times! I got ONE response via app chat that they would “forward this issue to the technical team. Once issue solved we will let you know” nothing more. I’m still waiting for a response. Shame on you Shoplist and furthermore, shame on you shopify for endorsing this developer. In 12 years of operating a shopify store, I’ve never experienced anything close to this kind of terrible customer service. I also reached out to shopify about it and got no support from them. I’m still unable to stop them from charging me, it has to be done through their unresponsive support. From a veteran shopify user, don’t use Shoplist, worst service I’ve experienced

* Good Price, Lowest anywhere * No price adjustment during import * Small bug encountered during profile creation, duplicate entry created * No cancel button to stop 7 day trial, must contact and uninstall * Operators don't seem to be online frequently, but respond within 24 hrs

Has a lot of issues with merging Etsy account. I used it for 2 years and always ran into issues. Would not recommend if you have a large inventory and do not want to double check that inventory is messed up. The only thing I liked was it was easy to merge the listings but still not worth it.

Does not work. Tried everything and nothing worked. Disappointed is an understatement
