So far not impressed. Cant get it to do anything its actually supposed to be doing. And no answer from "customer support"

N o customer service, and the app seems to no do the other thing I need it to do in exporting products to etsy.

Beware!! Stopped bulk loading after 28 listings. Tried everything to get the rest to load but then it kept crashing. So I decided to cancel the subscription and its almost impossible! If someone knows how to cancel and get rid of this please post!!!

I never got it to work and their support was supposed to email me once they got it sorted its been close to a week now and no resolution. I switched to another app and it works easier.

Spent so much time mapping my products and getting everything set up only to find out that it does not sync inventory or orders automatically. You have to write to support each time and they push it over manually. Support answers quickly to solve the symptom but never fixes the actual problem.

This did not function in any way shape of form on our website. Did not sync inventory - did not import orders, did not notify when an order is placed, etc. I cannot recommend this app at all.

The automap feature will stop responding after 50 products. The bulk import option is also limited to 10 product at a time. If you have a large store, this will be an issue. The developers do not know how to resolve this.

Cant edit in app making it a pain to go back & forth untill it is right for etsy. It needs ALOT of work before it is user friendly & useable

After the App wasn´t working as expected, I contacted the Developer, had Video calls with them and explained every single issue. Most of the issues where fixed by the them. But 2 major issues, Bulk Upload and Tracking ID Sync aren´t working after months. I tried to contact the developer again to ask about the status of Tracking ID sync. They stopped responding me. The overall review after many months of use is just disapointing.

Very disappointing, their support e-mail does not respond. All of the other Shopify apps I use has very responsive support. I am hoping they will read my rating and contact me. 2/2/24 Update: I got an email from the company asking me to "Kindly requesting you please update your review." My review is still the same because the app service did not improve as there are many inconsistencies and bugs. Hope you enjoy this update.

I've been using the app for about a month now and i am constantly having the same issue where my orders from etsy aren't synching to my shopify store. Which is a HUGE problem to me. I need my inventory to be the same on both platforms. I've contacted support 3 times about the same issue already, they manually fix it every time but why does it keep happening? Sometimes the order syncs automatically, sometimes it takes a few minutes or even hours, and sometimes it doesn't sync at all. It's getting quite annnoying and I'm really considering finding another app at this point because it's enerving having the same issue over and over again especially when you're paying for this service. And their customer support sucks big time!
Hi, You started using our app since 1 month and you got the issue 3 times and in that 2 issue are with your product/variant mapping which you had to fix from your side and another time happened due to some server issue. However when ever you have reached out to us we responded promptly and fixed your issues. Also for this reasons you have asked app for 2 months free which is not fair at all. I contacted the developer and outlined the following 4 errors and they responded saying that the four issues were fixed and three of them are not. Spent (wasted) quite a bit of time trying to get the app to work. Don't recommend it. Automap still not working - My Etsy store has 50 active products and the automapping only sees 34, I manually mapped one product so, now 35 are synced. Still not resolved - When on the Dashboard, why is it importing products that are set to 'draft' in Shopify? Even after removing them, they keep reappearing with every automapping. Still not resolved - On the Dashboard - when on the bottom the filter is set for 100 products and a product is mapped/edited, why does the filter go back to default? https://etsync.waytoapps.com/public/etsylisting Why does it not stay at 100? https://etsync.waytoapps.com/public/etsylisting?&rows=100 Resolved - Why is there no indication when automapping is completed? A yellow box showing progress appears and then disappears, no confirmation dialog stating that automapping has been completed.
Thank you for your feedback. Regarding 'Draft' products, we have not removed draft products from our app before you perform auto mapping. That is the reason draft products are visible for you. Now Automap will not import draft products. On the Dashboard - showing 10 even after changing the limit to 100 is fixed now. Regarding indication of completion of automapping is already fixed and you have confirmed the same over email. However all these issues are fixed now.
