It does an okay job of importing product listings to Etsy. Most of the Shopify information transfers seamlessly. Only a few tweaks on the Etsy side. This app is extremely strict with the number of symbols that you can use in your titles, the number of hashtags you have on each product and the amount of letters in the tags. If it does not meet the Etsy standards, the product won't import. IT IS SLOW! Very SLOW! Title and description edits sync automatically from the Shopify dashboard to Etsy, pictures need to be changed in the Etsy app, edits to pictures/order of pictures do no automatically sync. Customer service is the worst, of any Shopify app I have ever used. Trying to get help when someone is actually online is useless. I have had to troubleshoot every problem on my own. Orders come over from Etsy with pending payment message, that can not be located in Etsy, these do count against your total orders. When I asked support about these orders they said those kinds of orders are not imported by the app, I gave them the order numbers and they stopped responding. ( probably the app placing non existent orders so that you have to start paying more) Support actually stops responding every time there is an issue, then I have to troubleshoot on my own. There are actually too many problems with the app to list. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

PLEASE READ IN FULL. If I'm honest, this app is kind of hard to use. Sometimes the functions don't work properly and I've had to message customer support every time I wanted to map my items because I'd encounter issues. HOWEVER their customer support is really good, and they've even emailed me a detailed guide on how to do each function, so I think they deserve 4 stars for that. This is the cheapest app I could find that both permitted order and inventory synch, so for the price, I think it's worth it. They also are very open to suggestions and improvements

Saw this app and had high hopes. installed it and set it up - as a trial account you get a max of 10 listings which I thought would be good to get myself up and running with how the app worked and how I list items. Linked everything with Etsy and started to list items. Now dont get me wrong the layout of this app is A+ its easy its good and anyone could understand it. Now why the 1 start review - it basically fails to list items on Etsy even tho it says it has. The item just never shows up in Etsy or within the synced items within the App itself. The app gives no feedback as to why the listing failed (apart from saying its listed the item - which it hasn't) At first I thought it was something I was doing wrong so I reached out to support - they were fast - but gave me zero idea as to what was going wrong - and even after following what they said the item still failed to list twice and on the 3rd time went though. I can only think they did something on the backend. so in conclusion - great app - but it doesn't work. not to a point where you can trust it to just get the job done and list the products without having to mess around. If the app ever gets fixed - offers more logs as to what went wrong - rather than just saying item listed - then I would love to try it again and hopefully buy into this to get my listings into Etsy - but at the moment its just not worth the expense and frustration

The app doesn't sync automatically when there are existing products in both Etsy and Shopify with matching SKUs. I reached out support but they were disinterested in their tone and I was fobbed off - despite being told they would 'ask their manager and get back to me', they never did.

REALLY ENJOYED SETTING UP MY SHOP, SO MUCH EASIER THAN I THOUHT , THERE IS EERYTHING YOU NEED TO BUILD YOUR SHOP, I HAVE PUT IF OFF FOR SO LONG AND WISH I DID IT OONER. I GOT MY FIRST ORDER THEY DAY AFTER SETTING UP MY SHOP!

Very User Friendly! I have tried more than 10 other sync apps and this one is THE BEST! Here are the pros: It shows what is synced and you can easily see what product it's synced to, you can easily filter to see what is left to sync, you can list a product on Shopify or Etsy, it's mapping is in common language, not IT lingo. I was hesitant to try this app based on the reviews, but I'm so glad I did! The only con I've seen is: the search filter doesn't seem to keep it's filter when going to a different page. I'm in IT (full time day job) so I can appreciate the common language, and navigation, and filter options this app provides. I cannot imagine trying to map products with the other apps I've tried if you aren't familiar with code language. Thank you for providing a user friendly, functional and fully transparent app!

I am very satisfied with this app! I used it to import over 600 listings from my Etsy store, including a bunch with variations in quantity available in price. In a perfect universe I would have done it "in bulk" but that didn't work as well as I'd hoped (it took a looooooong time when I tried to do it in batches) so I just clicked them over one by one, letting the site run in the background while I did other things. Today when I had a question the life chat agent gave me a resolution that was successful and immediate. Overall I've been very happy with this!

Spent so much time mapping my products and getting everything set up only to find out that it does not sync inventory or orders automatically. You have to write to support each time and they push it over manually. Support answers quickly to solve the symptom but never fixes the actual problem.

This did not function in any way shape of form on our website. Did not sync inventory - did not import orders, did not notify when an order is placed, etc. I cannot recommend this app at all.

The automap feature will stop responding after 50 products. The bulk import option is also limited to 10 product at a time. If you have a large store, this will be an issue. The developers do not know how to resolve this.

App is easy to use and any issues I had were handled by support quickly. My only issue is not all orders sync correctly so I have to manually change inventory so it updates in other platforms. But this has only happened a few times. Overall, one of the most user-friendly of the apps I use.

Very disappointing, their support e-mail does not respond. All of the other Shopify apps I use has very responsive support. I am hoping they will read my rating and contact me. 2/2/24 Update: I got an email from the company asking me to "Kindly requesting you please update your review." My review is still the same because the app service did not improve as there are many inconsistencies and bugs. Hope you enjoy this update.
