This is the best AI chat/search app available. It looks like real support people are answering the questions from customers. The answers provided are 100% correct as they are combining website content with AI data. The developers are very open for feedback and suggestions. Till now we are very satisfied.

I am impressed by the answers given by the chatbot to clients' questions: our staff couldn't have answered better! Most people think that they were chatting with a human. Installation and configuration of the app is very easy and support is fantastic: I received immediate and detailed answers to all my doubts. Reccomended 100%

We were extremely skeptical of AI chat solutions in general - we'd tried a few and been burned hard on the immense training needed. Not so with Shoply AI - this app is set up to read our Shopify data seamlessly, and is incredibly easy to update and maintain. We're super pleased with the results so far, and are excited to see how else we can leverage this brilliantly-designed tool!

Best AI bot and search app ever! I was starting los lose home when I got hands on this AI bot. It worths every cent, both for its features and results but also for the outstanding support. we get from the developers.
