In fact, we have even encouraged our in-store sales team to learn from the way Shoply recommends products, suggests complementary items, and shares helpful ideas with customers. It is incredibly intuitive, practical, and easy to use. Choosing Shoply has been one of the best decisions we have made for our online store.

Great app great support!

I have loved seeing this AI help our customers find products, understand more about a product and it helps us gather more info from a customer to allow us to quote them more easily for a custom item. Adding info to the knowledge base is great - I have told our AI to always ask a clients name and email - before providing an answer - This way we can always follow up with a client if we need to provide more information. I love where AI is taking Ecommerce - and this app is a no brainer for a quick win!

Rating this 5 stars based on the support. Owner/dev and small team are super responsive. They delivered some changes for us in no time at all which what really helpful. The product is still a wip but has promise. I love their autoingestion of all shopify data - including blogs and pages. Not sure everyone does that. Makes it easy for the small company that runs their tech stack by themselves.
