I am impressed by the answers given by the chatbot to clients' questions: our staff couldn't have answered better! Most people think that they were chatting with a human. Installation and configuration of the app is very easy and support is fantastic: I received immediate and detailed answers to all my doubts. Reccomended 100%

We were extremely skeptical of AI chat solutions in general - we'd tried a few and been burned hard on the immense training needed. Not so with Shoply AI - this app is set up to read our Shopify data seamlessly, and is incredibly easy to update and maintain. We're super pleased with the results so far, and are excited to see how else we can leverage this brilliantly-designed tool!

I have loved seeing this AI help our customers find products, understand more about a product and it helps us gather more info from a customer to allow us to quote them more easily for a custom item. Adding info to the knowledge base is great - I have told our AI to always ask a clients name and email - before providing an answer - This way we can always follow up with a client if we need to provide more information. I love where AI is taking Ecommerce - and this app is a no brainer for a quick win!

Rating this 5 stars based on the support. Owner/dev and small team are super responsive. They delivered some changes for us in no time at all which what really helpful. The product is still a wip but has promise. I love their autoingestion of all shopify data - including blogs and pages. Not sure everyone does that. Makes it easy for the small company that runs their tech stack by themselves.
