Changed review: Stay away. After moving to a different solution i tried to cancel my subscription. This have not been easy. There is no option to cancel in the admin panel so you have to write email to support who does not answer. Do not use this app, and if you as me registered your credit card, be prepared to cancel your card because the will keep trying to take your money.

The support Henri offers is excellent, he is readily available and gets you set up with minimal fuss. The app is easy to use, it connects so easily with your Shopify store and is extremely robust, we haven't had any problems. It's also very well priced against other apps we've looked at. We highly recommend it. Duncan

1 STAR REVIEWER WARNING: This is some friendly advice. If you check out the 1 star reviews. They are, almost without exception tin pot "eCommerce wannabies" whose sites have no traffic, probably never will sell anything and it must be a NIGHTMARE for Henri. They only charge $11.99 a MONTH but I was being charged £150 A MONTH before I met Henri - and paid that for over 3 years!!! Henri provides me video chat suppport around the clock to get me started yet he still only gets 11.99!!! Henri works on the presumption that once the product is up and running they wont need to be putting so many hours in - but for people to suggest their work is a SCAM is disgusting - totally outrageous. I know he will be there whenever I need him. So if you see reviewers crying about being charged 11.99 when they shouldn't have been.... blimey.... get a life guys. Go and get a job because you shouldn't be in business if you are going to leave 1 star reviews over a $11.99 billing technicality. ********************************************* END OF TRIAL UPDATE: Henri has proven to be a man of his word - has worked miracles to ensure my feed works despite a number of issues that would have caused it to be removed. I cannot thank Henri enough and today asked him to manage my BING advertising so lets see if he is as good at that as he is sorting my feed - I think he will!!! I have been in business 23 years and online since the conception of the internet - I am telling any serious online store - you need a Henri in your team! ***************************************** Original review........ Henri! I have only known you less than 24 hours.... but I can already say I trust you without question. You are a life safer. 2 YEARS of me paying an IT guy £150 a month purely to manage the feed to Google and you have already shown an overwelming level of care and attention. I just cannot put into words how grateful I am. I have NO question whatsoever that working with you will help me develop my understanding of the feed, help me make more sales, make my advertising spend go further, not to mention save me a lot of money on servicing the feed. Bless you Henri - I know you won't let me down hence writing the review now. If anyone is fearful of making the leap - You can trust Henri. If I have been duped I will let you know but I like to believe I am a good judge of character - been in business 23 years and know a bad egg when I see one. Henri is a true gentleman and a pro.

This app is incredibly easy to use and has all of the features we were looking for. Henri's customer service is absolutely top notch! If you're looking for a shopping app, look no further than Shopping Feeder.

Shopping Feeder's interface makes in easy to go in and update your feed. Henri makes himself available and is quick to respond to customer service requests over Skype.

Great support, Henri is a really nice and helpful guy. The tool works really well and is great value for money. Easy to use in my opinion and once it's set up, it doesn't require further work. Awesome!

We just started using this App for both Google and Bing shopping Ads. Henri was super helpful to get us up and running. Very useful report on any issues with the feed to track down and fix. We plan to use it for Facebook feed too. At the end of the day, most Apps in this space will do something similar, but the support would make all the difference. I highly recommend it.

WARNING: This app continues to charge you even if you delete it from your shop! It looked fine on the first shop, because we got help to set it up. BUT! We got second shop and did not get help to set the app the second time, the app is rather incomprehensive, so you will need help to set it up, and if they don't help you, you are stuck. So, finally after several weeks of trying to get help, we deleted the app and found another one. BUT: It is still charging you for the app! And they are not answering on emails, and there is no possibility to delete your account in the app. WARNING!

They are responsive. However, no matter how hard I was told they were fighting on my behalf, my products are not getting the expected result. After the $50 setup fee and monthly fee for a couple of month, I actually see less products of mine showing up on google shopping. It is frustrating.

this app is probably fine for large inventories - but i went through the entire set-up only to learn that no matter how many products you want to list in ANY channel - they charge you for your entire catalog. And then, they make it difficult to close your account. Poor customer service and misleading. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 - because it probably does have potential if you have a very small catalog or a very large one. disappointed.

Very nice application, and custmer service is super. Big thanks for Henry who replied to me late after midnight and logged in to my computer and finished all the setup procees in 5 minutes . Can't imaging how would I uploaded google products without this app.

This took me 10 minutes to set up! Henri was absolutely fabulous he called me to help set this up and answered all of my questions flawlessly! I definitely recommend this app so easy to configure and works great!
