ShoppingFeeder Google Shopping

They are responsive. However, no matter how hard I was told they were fighting on my behalf, my products are not getting the expected result. After the $50 setup fee and monthly fee for a couple of month, I actually see less products of mine showing up on google shopping. It is frustrating.

this app is probably fine for large inventories - but i went through the entire set-up only to learn that no matter how many products you want to list in ANY channel - they charge you for your entire catalog. And then, they make it difficult to close your account. Poor customer service and misleading. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 - because it probably does have potential if you have a very small catalog or a very large one. disappointed.

This took me 10 minutes to set up! Henri was absolutely fabulous he called me to help set this up and answered all of my questions flawlessly! I definitely recommend this app so easy to configure and works great!

We installed Shopping Feeder as a solution to managing Google Shopping with Shopify. We had previously used the Google Shopping App which I believe is a Shopify product with dubious results. After installing the app, Google Shopping have increased significantly. Importantly, the staff at ShoppingFeeder are very good, responsive and helpful, providing suggestions on how to improve and optimise the campaigns. If you have Google Shopping then you definitely need this app.

We have installed ShoppingFeeder to manage Google Shopping via Shopify. Prior to this, we were using the Merchant Centre and dealing with Excel Spreadsheets. Overall I can highly recommend the system. Henri in particular has been of great assistance and easily contactable to ensure rapid integration of the system. We have seen a definite increase of sales through Google Shopping due to the app.

Best app yet if your too busy to manage your SEO on your own and need professional one on one assistance this is the app to get! No doubt the best support team out there by far!

The app is working well and the customer service is pretty fast. Pretty reliable feed. Good and very polite services from Henri when we had to select a plan. These guys really take care of their customers. The user interface could be improved to make things just perfect but overall it is fine. Installation is a snap as we are guided all along in a few simple steps to connect with Google shopping. They have nice daily/weekly or monthly reporting and you get motivating email confirmation when their feeds generate orders!

This app is absolutely fantastic for Google Shopping feeds. No other solution works as well as this one.

ShoppingFeeder was super easy to set-up and connect to our Shopify store. The ShoppingFeeder team were super helpful in terms of guiding us about how their app easily & automatically creates feeds for all of our products. We use this app to connect to multiple channels to easily list our products. The detail and usefulness of product analytics we receive is powerful and we didn't need technical knowledge in order to integrate this app to our store. The daily/weekly/monthly reports are useful for us to understand where this app is helping us grow sales. Overall this app is very good value for money & the team behind it are always available to help as well as super efficient.

BIGGEST THING...little to no support. Email them with questions and they do not really answer, but avoid your question. Give you links to directions that don't work and then make up directions as they go. I asked for phone support as I noticed I was not going anywhere. They ignored my question. After dealing with this for days and BEGGING for support, we uninstalled because the hassle is not worth it.

Easy to connect to your Shopify store. The team is always available to assist and make sure that you are on a package that is suitable for your store. Daily/weekly/monthly reports are a winner!

Helpful, Professional & Knowledgeable. I contacted this app with the view of creating a customised feed. The assistance was fantastic and they went above and beyond to meet my needs. Very simple to connect to Shopify, Feed was set up instantly upon giving my requirements Responsive communication Great value for money compared to other feed providers. A big thumbs up :)

Has given us easy access to comparison shopping sites that we would never have gone to the effort of listing with as we didn't have the skills to set up or desire, has made it easy and as a result we have got extra sales.
