The customer service of this app is superior to most. When the CEO calls you of a venture capital company to learn how to better serve and take care of an issue it brings real confidence and credibility to the mission of this service. We had a couple issues come up that needed dealt with, but I can say with confidence that our company is excited about moving forward with Shoppinggives as our partner in contributing towards non-profits.

I’m so incredibly thankful an app like this exists! It’s exactly what I wanted for my shop. When I needed assistance, support got back to me very quickly and they were also extremely helpful. Using this app has overall been a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend this app! The support team is fast and very professional! I was looking for an app that would allow me to donate to a specific charity and they had it. Installing the app and setting things up and running was super easy. I needed support because my widget was not showing on my product page, so I contacted support and a few minutes later Abbey was able to set it up. Super fast response and amazing support! I will continue to use this app for sure! 100/100. Thank you so much!

I just launched my website https://sadieb.co/ with Shopping Gives! I met with two of their team members on Monday and they were able to get me set up on Thursday. As a small business, I selected the starter package and the customer service team had to do some customization to include a feature that is usually only available in their premium package. I am so grateful they were willing to do this for me! What an incredible company!

I was looking for an app that would allow us to give customers an option to donate to our designated charity at checkout by rounding up their purchase. This app was just what I was looking for! The customer support team was super helpful and responsive in answering all my questions and helping me to get up and running with the app. Would definitely recommend!

First of all, fantastic support who were willing to accommodate our time zone and install the app in a matter of hours. Everything is straightforward, and we can't wait to be part of social impact as a business—simple and nice layout. One thing is the price for advanced plans, but I guess operating fees cost. It does increase the conversion rate. In other words, as a business, we can see a jump in sales while giving help for causes of our choice. Mutually beneficial so strongly recommend.

The Shopping Gives team is top notch. The founder, Robby Sage, and his team are true experts in cause marketing and how to best enable in a Shopify environment. We're live in one store with their POS integration - it was very seamless and took all of 30 minutes. We're expanding to all retail locations by the end of the year and view the team as trusted partners. Highly recommend.

We recently downloaded this app because giving back is an extremely important part of who we are at Xpedition Bags. We received a phone call from one of the Customer Success Specialists to help us walk through editing the code to fit the app’s integration to our specific needs. Anne J. was extremely helpful. We are super excited to offer an easier way for our customers to choose which non-profit they want to support. Thus far, we are thrilled with the app.

All I can say is my experience with this app has been INCREDIBLE. From functionality, to the user friendly dashboard, to the customer service, to making my life that much easier, and most importantly allowing me to use my company to help give back... everything has been flawless. This team is exceptional and I will continue to use this app for the foreseeable future, I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Please check with charity to verify receipt of donations. I am a Shopify owner but also the founder of a non-profit for U.S. Veterans. I began with Shopping Gives in March, as of the end of May we had not receive a single payment to the charity. Shopping Gives explained about cycle times and we would be receiving payment soon. I immediately paused service because no charity should have to wait over two months to receive funds. It will be easier and faster for us to make the payment directly to the charity.
Hi there, As a Certified B Corporation, ShoppingGives holds itself to the highest standards, supporting nonprofit organizations while complying with cause marketing regulation. 100% of the pledged donation always gets sent to the nonprofit, and ShoppingGives never takes a portion of pledged donations. Once one of our merchant partners begins generating pledged donations, we will invoice them for those pledged donations either every 30 days or once they reach $50, whichever comes first. From there, we have a 30-day lock period to account for returned or canceled orders, in which case pledged donations would be canceled/credited back to the merchant. Once the pledged donations have passed that lock period, we grant 100% of funds through our partnership with PayPal Giving Fund or directly to a nonprofit bank account through Stripe. Additionally, by using ShoppingGives and joining our campaign with the ShoppingGives Foundation, our merchant partners can focus on their business while we keep them compliant in the complexities of cause marketing, including consumer protection transparency, maintaining all necessary registrations with government entities, and filing commercial co-venture agreements surrounding the nonprofit campaign itself. At ShoppingGives, our goal is to make it easier for nonprofits, merchants, and shoppers to be connected to support nonprofit organizations in delivering on their missions, and we always want to be transparent in the way that we support nonprofit organizations. Based on our communication through email, we clarified that no donations can be disbursed until payment is received for the open billing. I’m a new user that just downloaded the app and I reached out for some support with settings. Super quick and respectful response to answer my questions. I was also able to update my store name in the donation confirmation email sent to customers. Give Sam D. a raise!
