Shoptank: Sell via ChatGPT
Shoptank is a Shopify App that helps ecommerce merchants get their store recommended by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. It allows merchants to make their store visible to AI platforms by providing details about their brand, products, and shipping without the need for technical skills. The app enables monitoring of recommendations from AI assistants and tracking of orders that came from AI.

We installed Shoptank for our online store selling lime-based paints — a pretty niche and non-standard product — and within the first week we already received our first purchases through AI-driven discovery. The setup was simple, and we really like how the app helps make our products visible in platforms like ChatGPT. It feels like a completely new sales channel that is becoming more and more important. We definitely recommend this app to other merchants, especially brands with unique or specialized products.
