I had a problem with customers ordering inventory that should have been marked out of stock. Well Shirly helped me very quickly via the chat and we discovered that some of my SKUS were linked to other products. Aka user error on my part! Super fast and helpful customer service. Love this app and I always feel like I can rely on Shirly to help if something goes wrong.
