We've waited for a long time for an app that updates shopify and etsy stock levels in real time. This seems to be working perfectly and has so far stopped our overselling issues and simplified day to day running. Support has been great when we asked for an upgrade in Sync time due to the volume of orders we receive. Very pleased so far

I use the app to update my inventory on Shopify from Etsy, and It works perfectly! Plus the staff help me to set up my sync as I wanted, they were very helpful and responded to all my question. Thanks a lot I would recommend this app to anyone !

I was looking for an app to manage inventory quantities between my Shopify and Etsy shops. This app is exactly what I've been looking for. The quantity in listings with the same SKU in both shops is updated when one of the listings either sells or I adjust the quantity myself which I do when product inventory arrives in my stock room. What won me over to use this app is that help is just a click away. Shirly answered every question I had and helped me get my shops set up correctly so the integration works seamlessly. This is a MUST-HAVE app for inventory management. 10-Stars, not 5.

So far so good, it saves a lot of time compared to manual syncing. Wish it had more features for $19/month. Especially price sync where we can add a premium to the etsy price listing.

I use Shopify to process all of my sales regardless of where the sale comes from. Direct to store, eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Google, Facebook, etc. Until this app, I had to copy and paste all of the Etsy customer info into Shopify and then add the product they purchased. A very time-consuming process. The other Etsy to Shopify apps in the APP Store are too invasive trying to change my SKUs to include the first 3 letters of their app name into my SKU's. That does not work for print-on-demand products. Many of our products are print on demand and you must use the print shop SKU's, not a new SKU made up by the app. This app is perfect for us. As long as you use the same SKU in Shopify and Etsy this app will pull the order over with all of the customer information and the product already selected. Just fill the order and go on to the next one. And of course, it syncs the inventory. This app works great for us and is highly recommended for any Shopify Store owners that also make Etsy sales.

The app is actually very helpful especially as your Etsy sales increase. It recognizes the Etsy order, creates a customer account, in Shopify if needed with all the relevant information including Etsy invoice and receipt numbers. It then imports the entire transaction into an order and then adds the proper products to the invoice, marks it as paid and all that's left is to fulfill the order. There are glitches here and there but they are addressed IMMEDIATELY. The support is second to none and always super prompt. I highly recommend using this app to integrate your Etsy orders/sales with your Shopify store. It literally saves me about 10-15 minutes per order. Even at 10 orders a day the time you save is priceless.

App does what is suppose to. It updates Shopify and Etsy inventory according to what has the latest update time. Once in a while a order doesnt transfer over to Shopify but thats okay, all I can is about the inventory. 5 stars.

Does what it says it will. Really easy integration and no issues with the synch of orders and stock across the platforms. Shirly has been fantastic throughout. Definitely recommend.

So, I never write reviews, but I really had to for this one because it really does work well, and with little fuss. I got this app to replace a different Etsy sync app (that I will not name, but it never worked right with inventory sync which was, y'know, the entire point of me having it) with, and I've been using it for about a month now. It legitimately just works. The inventory and order sync's been flawless, the settings are easy to understand, etc. it's just really, really good. If you're on the fence with getting some other app for your Etsy sync, don't, just get this one, it's great. Thank you devs!

We use the automatic order, inventory, and tracking number sync features of this app. All of the features are extremely simple and have worked correctly since day one. We used this app to replace a different integration tool which was extremely complicated and never worked correctly. I am very happy with my choice to use Etsy Sync Stock & Order.

Been using this app for a few weeks now since launching my Shopify shop alongside Etsy and it works perfectly, does exactly what I need it do and far more reasonably priced than other similar apps. If you only need Shopify and Etsy syncing, highly recommend this one. I've not needed any support as it's honestly just worked perfectly, but it has been offered with a quick reply to my thanking them so I am pretty confident if I do need support in the future they'll be on hand to help. Thanks!

Very happy to have found this app! I had some issues with syncing the products, but with some help from Shirley everything is running smoothly now. A+ customer service!! Thanks Shirley Edit: Wanted to update my review because I'm still incredibly happy with how it works. I'm now also selling wholesale on Faire and they have an app to connects to Shopify but not to Etsy. But thanks to this app indirectly all the stock stays up to date on all 3 platforms!

We were looking for an app like this for a long time, but everything we found was one-directional, so it only kept track of the sales on the website. This app is bi-directional, so anytime there is a sale on either platform, it keeps track of the inventory. Very happy with it, and Shirly even checks in to see if we ever need assistance. Thank you for the great app and service!
