Needs more work on transfers between stores and what it allows and doesn't allow as far as transfers. I spend more time on inventory control then doing what i need to as far as transferring product between stores. NOT IDEAL for multi stores or large inventorys that do online shopping and instore sales, unless you want to spend EXTRA time on inventory control.
Once I got past the AI Assistant, I was put in touch with Shakillia and was thrilled with her honesty and quick ideas for fixing an issue we were dealing with - a report we use every day that no longer was alphabetizing with the new updates. She is an outstanding human - smart and nimble. THRIVE is lucky to have her interface with their customers.
We had a team of Thrive advisors work with us to fix some third-party problems, and they all did a great job explaining options, giving step-by-step information, anticipating our needs, and frequently checking in with us. While the problems weren't ideal, we're so much more familiar with Thrive now, thanks to the awesome knowledge and customer service we received!
We have a fairy complicated setup with cross product bundles and multiple stores, and the thrive team is amazing!
