We had a team of Thrive advisors work with us to fix some third-party problems, and they all did a great job explaining options, giving step-by-step information, anticipating our needs, and frequently checking in with us. While the problems weren't ideal, we're so much more familiar with Thrive now, thanks to the awesome knowledge and customer service we received!
