We had been looking for an inventory app for some time now that would work for our needs and this has delivered. The customer service is very responsive, Dean was great answering questions and showing me how the program will work to make sure it would be a great fit for our needs prior to installation. The customer service continued is over the top, especially Kayla & Nay who have been wonderful to work with. It has been great being able to start a chat, knowing that they would jump in to continue with the same people without having to start over. They have great tutorial videos for just about everything, visual is better than reading instructions. Being able to communicate with Loom videos back and forth expedited the conversations to faster resolutions. We had run into several hurdles to make everything function with our specific data input and work correctly with our online store, they were able to solve everything. The reports are easy to access, tracking/audit logs are great to have, bonus feature they go back further than Shopify's 250. So much information in one place has been a huge time saver. A great feature is setting up different pars for different variants help me keep an eye on everything with emails letting me know it is time to reorder. This has become a real timesaver!
