This app has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It allowed us to easily showcase shoppable videos and Instagram-style stories directly on our storefront, which significantly improved customer engagement and product discovery. The setup process was very straightforward and took only a few minutes, even without any technical expertise. What impressed us the most was the quality of customer support—Ethan was extremely responsive, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we had questions. The video widgets look clean, load fast, and create a smooth, interactive shopping experience for customers, making it easier for them to explore products and purchase directly from videos. Very helpful customer support on Chat. Lucy was quick and responsive. The App was easy to install and has a clean intuitive workflow. The options to upload your own videos as well as syncing from Instagram gives good flexibility.

Just getting into the app however the customer service was prompt and they made all the additions and changes I needed right away!
