I've been using this app for a long time and it has been a great experience. The app works smoothly, is easy to use, and provides all the features I need. One of the best things is that it doesn't charge unnecessary fees, which makes it even more valuable. The developers regularly maintain it, and I rarely face any issues. Overall, it's a reliable and useful app that I would definitely recommend to others.

I was having a hard time with something during setup and Olivia made it so easy for me to figure out. She knew exactly what I needed and helped me resolve it quickly. By they way, set up is pretty easy, but if you get stuck, don't bail, just click chat and they will help. Thank you, Olivia... you ROCK! A++++

We are using three apps from this company and have been surprised by the speed and accuracy of the support, which we are grateful for. On modern web sites it is typical to have multiple things going on, so support is critical.

We’ve had a great experience using ShopVid so far. The app is easy to set up and integrates smoothly with our storefront, especially for adding shoppable video content that improves engagement and product discovery. What really stood out was the support — Avery was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive in making sure everything worked properly on our theme. It made the whole setup process much easier. Highly recommended if you're looking to add video commerce features to your store. Thanks again Avery!

I was very satisfied with the app, and the "Hena" staff provided very enthusiastic and prompt support. I was surprised that it was completely free.
