One of the best app in shopify!

Such a wonderful app. Loved it. Customer service is superb & quick. Customer service agent 'Aughust' was very helpful.

Great support from Ethan. I have the free version and he still helped. There seems to be a few extra features need for user experience but the tech team is on it.

Avery was amazing and helped me set up what I needed exactly how I wanted. Great app.

Great customer service by Kipuka! Really appreciate the continued support!

This app has completely transformed how we showcase our products on Shopify. It seamlessly turns our Instagram Reels and TikTok videos into beautiful, shoppable galleries that load fast and look native to our store. The setup took just minutes, and we immediately saw a noticeable boost in engagement and click-through rates. What truly sets ShopVid apart, however, is their support team. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Russ, who provided great support from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly for our store. Any question I had was answered in minutes. If you're looking for a powerful, easy-to-use video marketing tool backed by a team that genuinely cares about your success (special shout-out to Russ!), look no further. Five stars all the way!

A great app for video reviews, easy to use and very efficient. What really stands out is their quick and responsive chat support. I connected with their representative, Arthur, and the response was prompt and my issue was resolved smoothly. Thumbs up!

Allie took great care with navigating the widget for us! Easy Peasy!
