Avada Shoppable Videos Reel

This app works amazingly well and the results are fantastic. It’s also very easy to use. I especially want to thank Iris — I really can’t express how grateful I am. She spent several hours helping me make adjustments and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the Shopvid support team. Avery was extremely helpful and quickly understood the problem I was facing. She patiently guided me through the solution and made sure everything was working perfectly before closing the issue. Her professionalism, clear communication, and quick response really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Avery, for the excellent support!

We’ve been using this shoppable video app on our website, and it has been working really well for us. The app performs exactly as expected and makes it easy to showcase videos in a shoppable format, which has enhanced the overall shopping experience for our customers. A special thanks to Hena from the support team, who helped us throughout the entire setup process. She was extremely responsive, patient, and ensured everything was implemented smoothly. Overall, a great app with reliable performance and outstanding customer support. Highly recommended for anyone looking to integrate shoppable videos into their store.

Just discovered and installed this app. The team is quick to respond to my questions regarding UGC content. I find the app has many settings where I can adjust to my brands preferences. Simple to set up, and adds another section to my homepage where customers can see videos of my products. Great product for more testimonials and to build trust. Thank you for the great support!

This app has completely transformed how we showcase our products. It seamlessly turns our Instagram videos into stylish, shoppable galleries that load fast and look native to our store. The setup was a breeze, and the results in terms of engagement and click-throughs were immediate. However, what truly sets ShopVid apart is their support team. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Russ, who is honestly superhuman. He provided assistance at god speed, solving all my queries in minutes with clear, friendly, and expert guidance. It's rare to find this level of proactive and lightning-fast support. If you want a powerful video marketing tool backed by an absolutely stellar team (special shout-out to Russ!), look no further. Highly recommended for any store wanting to boost conversions through authentic video content.

The best app for a Video Review Slider. It has a lot of customisations that you can do so you can make the slider look clean for your store. The customer support is 10/10. Extremely fast and helpful and they added custom changes and settings for me in like 5 minutes. PS: Shoutout Avery for the help.

nice app and support BY MIKE

This app has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It allowed us to easily showcase shoppable videos and Instagram-style stories directly on our storefront, which significantly improved customer engagement and product discovery. The setup process was very straightforward and took only a few minutes, even without any technical expertise. What impressed us the most was the quality of customer support—Ethan was extremely responsive, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we had questions. The video widgets look clean, load fast, and create a smooth, interactive shopping experience for customers, making it easier for them to explore products and purchase directly from videos. Overall, a great app that adds a modern, social-commerce feel to any Shopify store. Highly recommended!
