Russ was super helpful and i am more than happy with the app :)

Very helpful customer support on Chat. Lucy was quick and responsive. The App was easy to install and has a clean intuitive workflow. The options to upload your own videos as well as syncing from Instagram gives good flexibility.

Just getting into the app however the customer service was prompt and they made all the additions and changes I needed right away!

Great experience. Really easy and straigtforward platform to worth with and very speedy customer support.

Shopvid is one of the most generous free shoppable video apps available for Shopify, especially for new stores. The free plan includes up to 30 videos with no branding or watermark, which is rare since most apps restrict features or force logos unless you upgrade. Setup is simple, and you can quickly import reels from Instagram or TikTok or upload your own product videos. The widgets look modern, mobile friendly, and can be placed on homepages or product pages without coding. You can also tag products directly inside videos so customers can add items to cart while watching. Merchants often note that it improves engagement without slowing down the site. Overall, Shopvid is an excellent starting option for testing shoppable video without any upfront cost.

Super easy to use and amazing service, always available and super helpful

Love this app. Was looking for an app that allowed me to customize the videos for each page/product, it's free to use and the support team Iris in particular was so easy to work with and help me!

Very responsive support and amazing app. Special mention to Russ for helping me navigate the app, and addressing my queries.
