We needed to migrate from a private store credit app to a robust solution that had the required checkout extension feature support. I would highly recommend Shopwaive as a store credit solution.

Shopwaive has been a life-saver for our small business! We needed something simple and affordable to issue store credits to our customers after a massive change in our industry that would have severely affected us financially if we had to issue regular refunds. Shopwaive provided that solution and has been exceptional in customizing the features exactly how we needed them. Their customer service has been in the top 3% I've ever experienced anywhere and I can't recommend them highly enough. Trust me, you NEED Shopwaive and your customers will thank you!

This app definitely fixes the issues of Store Credit that we all wish came with Shopify but most of all, the support of everyone here at Shopwaive is extremely understanding of your needs when it comes to issues. They are very quick to respond and fix the issue. We had an issue of two apps canceling out a key feature of our website which causes havoc with our customers but Sara was thorough during the process and updated me as much as possible until it was completely fixed! I cannot thank the team enough for working with us during this time and we 100% believe this is the product everyone should look into!

Shopwaive is incredible. We used numerous different apps first for implementing store credit, but none worked well. Finding Shopwaive was the best thing in the world. The functionality, UX, and support are the best. They were able to help with additional custom functionality as well to improve our store for our client further. This has been the best app/developer I've worked with in the five years I've been working in Shopify. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I really like this app because it gives me both money and shipping credits! Also it was easy to set up, and is easy to use. The support team is super helpful and quick to respond. They are also open to suggestions and making the app better based on feedback.

This app does what we need it to do - it was easy to set up, is easy to use, and our customers (generally) have an easy time using it. The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful!

This app does exactly as described. There was a bit of a small glitch after I installed it, though no fault of the app itself, but after informing Shopwaive of the issue, the Shopwaive support team quickly resolved the problem. The app works well and does what its supposed to do and Shopwaives support is "Top Notch" 5 STARS

Worked great when I downloaded the app but the next day, it wouldn't open and I got a "Deceptive Site Ahead" warning.
