I'm giving this app 2 stars. The customer service is practically non-existent—I've been reaching out for 6 days and still haven’t received a reply. Additionally, when importing products from Etsy, the app often fails to import them correctly, creating a separate listing instead. It also doesn’t import the cost per item, which is causing major issues for me. I’m now showing over 10k in sales but with no margin, which is making tax calculations a nightmare. I’m going to uninstall this app.

Could you please confirm if your Shopify email is correct? Regarding the cost per item, unfortunately, since Etsy does not provide this information, Shuttle cannot transfer it to Shopify. We are unable to determine the cost per item. As for creating separate listings, this is usually resolved by a simple adjustment in the duplicate detection setting.
