Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy

Shuttle has been a great tool for my business. It’s easy to use and makes syncing products between Shopify and Etsy much more convenient. Their support team is also excellent — they respond quickly, explain everything very clearly, and have been very helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Highly recommend!

I love this app. This is actually the 3rd one I tried and it's a keeper. The first one worked about 80% of the time which is really frustrating when you are trying to get things done. The second one worked consistently but the data imported needed to be finessed too much then one day they just vanished. I use it very simply. I don't use all the robust capabilities. I import single items from etsy to shopify. That's it. But it is fabulous for that task.

This has been really helpful for transferring our Etsy products into Shopify without having to manually recreate everything one by one. The setup is straightforward, and the product information transfers smoothly, which saves a lot of time when managing a larger catalog. I also appreciate how easy it is to keep things organized and review the transferred products before making them live. It has made the migration process much less tedious and is a great time-saver for anyone managing products across Etsy and Shopify.

I use Shuttle to sync my Etsy and Shopify products, reviews and soon to sync my orders. It has made managing my shop so much easier! Instead of using three different apps to handle simple tasks, this one does it all seamlessly. I really appreciate the customer service, which I believe is also the creator, responds very quick! True customer support is so hard to find these days! Bottom line, I could not run my shop without this app, and I will definitely be a continued customer, 100% worth every cent!

L'application **Shuttle App** fait globalement bien le travail et permet de synchroniser efficacement Etsy et Shopify. En revanche, j'ai rencontré un problème important. Les commandes provenant d'Etsy sont bien visibles dans Shopify de mon côté, mais mon fournisseur ne les reçoit pas. Il semble que certaines informations essentielles de la commande ne soient pas transmises, ce qui empêche leur traitement. De plus, les informations du client ainsi que les informations d'expédition n'apparaissent pas dans Shopify, alors qu'elles sont bien présentes sur Etsy. Je suis donc obligé de renseigner manuellement les informations du client et de l'expédition pour chaque commande, ce qui représente une perte de temps importante. Cela complique le suivi des commandes, ralentit le traitement par le fournisseur et réduit l'intérêt d'une synchronisation censée être automatisée. J'espère que ces problèmes seront corrigés rapidement, car l'application est prometteuse et pourrait devenir excellente avec une synchronisation plus fiable et complète des données. **Shuttle App** does a good job overall and provides an effective way to sync Etsy and Shopify. However, I have encountered a major issue. Orders from Etsy appear correctly in my Shopify store, but my supplier does not receive them because some essential order information is missing. As a result, the orders cannot be processed properly. In addition, the customer details and shipping information do not appear in Shopify, even though they are clearly visible on Etsy. This forces me to manually enter the customer's information and shipping details for every order, which is very time-consuming. This makes order management more difficult, slows down fulfillment, and defeats the purpose of having an automated synchronization tool. I hope these issues will be resolved soon because the app has great potential and could be excellent with more reliable and complete data synchronization.
