this app is very confusing and even though it says my products are transferred i cant find them anywhere
Thank you for the review, and sorry the products were hard to find! The products were transferred successfully and are waiting in Etsy as draft listings, so they can be reviewed before going live. They can be found in Etsy's Shop Manager under Listings, by filtering for Drafts, and published from there whenever you're ready. We've also sent the details by email. I would be really helpful if i could manually match and unmatch Shopify to Etsy products. Sometimes products just won't match and i have to manually create the Shopify product in Etsy but i can't match them.
Thank you for the review and for sharing this feedback! Manually matching and unmatching products is already possible in Shuttle. This can be done from the Products page in the Shuttle dashboard, so a Shopify product created manually can be linked to its Etsy listing, and any incorrect match can be undone. Not all settings and changes are easy to find, it can be quite confusing when you run multiple stores. But customer service is helpful and helped me find the issues :)
Great app that makes syncing products and inventory between Shopify and Etsy much easier. Everything works well, and whenever we’ve had a question or an issue, the support has been very quick and helpful. Highly recommended! Jakub
