Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy

L'application **Shuttle App** fait globalement bien le travail et permet de synchroniser efficacement Etsy et Shopify. En revanche, j'ai rencontré un problème important. Les commandes provenant d'Etsy sont bien visibles dans Shopify de mon côté, mais mon fournisseur ne les reçoit pas. Il semble que certaines informations essentielles de la commande ne soient pas transmises, ce qui empêche leur traitement. De plus, les informations du client ainsi que les informations d'expédition n'apparaissent pas dans Shopify, alors qu'elles sont bien présentes sur Etsy. Je suis donc obligé de renseigner manuellement les informations du client et de l'expédition pour chaque commande, ce qui représente une perte de temps importante. Cela complique le suivi des commandes, ralentit le traitement par le fournisseur et réduit l'intérêt d'une synchronisation censée être automatisée. J'espère que ces problèmes seront corrigés rapidement, car l'application est prometteuse et pourrait devenir excellente avec une synchronisation plus fiable et complète des données. **Shuttle App** does a good job overall and provides an effective way to sync Etsy and Shopify. However, I have encountered a major issue. Orders from Etsy appear correctly in my Shopify store, but my supplier does not receive them because some essential order information is missing. As a result, the orders cannot be processed properly. In addition, the customer details and shipping information do not appear in Shopify, even though they are clearly visible on Etsy. This forces me to manually enter the customer's information and shipping details for every order, which is very time-consuming. This makes order management more difficult, slows down fulfillment, and defeats the purpose of having an automated synchronization tool. I hope these issues will be resolved soon because the app has great potential and could be excellent with more reliable and complete data synchronization.

Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the set up process isn't intuitive and you have to be careful about the default settings on things you might not even know exist. Support was great to help me understand why things didn't go as I wanted them to, and now that it's set up correctly I'm enjoying the inventory updates from my busy Etsy site to my Shopify store.

Handy app if you sell on both Etsy and Shopify. We use it to pull reviews from Etsy but you can sync products and orders as well.

Very convenient app. Doesn't work 100% of the time, but the customer support is prompt and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Revised: Support team contacted me finally and resolved the problem. So far no problem with support. We agreed on that I will check the app and see if it is usefull for me or not. Therefore I revise the review.

This app is great for linking Shopify and Etsy but BE WARNED that if you have a lot of Etsy products then it will take a long time to complete the export transfer. Literally all day sometimes depending on the number of products in your Etsy Shop. So I have leave it running in a window in the background multiple times a week all day so that my website stays up to date with Etsy inventory. With all this in mind, the Etsify app works great and does exactly what it advertises.
